ReservationsFor the Black Pond Vacation Rental Guest House Quick links on this page: Summer RatesOur summer weekly rate is $2,500 for 7 nights (ideally, Saturday to Saturday), for groups up to 10-12 people. We can pro-rate up or down for other timeframes; please ask! Per night, the rate comes to $357/night -- compare that to a hotel for a large group, plus we're on a lake! A great deal. Summer is June through September. June carries a discounted rate of $2,000 per week, or $286 per night. Spring, Fall & Winter RatesOur Spring, Fall and Winter weekly rate is $1,500 for 7 nights, or $214 per night. We also offer 3-day weekend getaways, too, and from time to time we offer Winter and Spring specials. Deposit:A deposit of 50% is due within 10 days from booking to hold your reservation. The remainder of payment is due at or before check-in. We can accept credit cards or PayPal (good for our international guests). Please add 4% to the total for credit card processing. Personal checks from USA banks are preferred. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please understand that we can only offer refunds of your deposit if we can re-rent for that timeframe. Whenever we can, we also offer a credit to be used within 12 months, to be as accommodating as possible. We strive to work with our guests! Events and WeddingsWe welcome small groups (under 50) to use our property for parties, day picnics or weddings. Up to 12 people can sleep in the house. Please inquire! We have relationships with excellent local caterers, too.
