Winter sports in Maine
In the winter our lake freezes solid and becomes a wonderful skating rink.
There are cross-country skiing possibilities as well.
Our house is not too
far from the major ski centers in Maine. Stay with us and avoid the high prices
at the resorts.
We recommend Titcomb
Mountain nearby, in West Farmington, only
a scenic 30 minutes away! They offer downhill skiing, snowboarding and nordic skiing.
