Winter and Spring 2012We are offering a special rate for our guests this Winter. Available January 2012 – April 2012. Monthly rate: For up to 10 people, the monthly rate is $2,500. Includes all utilities except heating oil usage. The detached Rec Room is insulated and heated for all your ping pong and dart matches. The house has a modern 5-zone hot-water baseboard heating system (oil), and the Rec Room uses a k-1 wall heater so you will be comfortable no matter how much it snows, while avoiding high heating costs. Please note, for monthly guests, snow removal is the renter's responsibility in the walkways (a snow-blower is available). The street & roads are plowed for us.
